Brasserie Emile is a beautiful Restaurant in the Vienna Plaza hotel in Austria. Informal yet stylish – a twenty first century take on the Wiener Werkstatte art movement but with a nod to that great era. The Furniture and lighting is all designed to be elegant and simple and also to minimise the size of spindles and frames in order to achieve this. Perforated pendants celebrate the Wiener Werkstatte in the pattern. Embossed leather and stud details give a crafted yet contemporary vibe. As an all-day dining experience, making sure it looks good all day was a challenge. This was achieved both with lighting and blinds, but also choice of colours allow it to look fresh in the morning, vibrant at lunch and intimate and sexy in the evening.
